Cutting the Cord on Cable TV

First of all, a bit of a caveat: this topic is personal for me right now. I just got my cable bill.

Yeah, it was that scary. Another increase in my cable bill for 100+ channels that I hardly watch...so I figure it would be a good time to take a look a little deeper into why this is, and what alternatives are out there.
